We live in a society that is very much on the go, leaving many feeling disconnected. Daily grounding practices will help your return to your center-balanced state.
First, allow your toes to be free from your shoes. Find a grassy nole or a sandy spot of your liking. Draw all of your attention into your toes, mindfully feeling each toe’s relationship with the earth. From there, draw your intention into your heels, feeling rooted at the base of your foot.
Keep this strong connection, while you take slow motion steps forward. Notice each part of your feet touching and releasing from the earth with each step. Take atleast 10 of these mindful steps daily.
